The little mice are very popular with cats because of their shape. They love to play with them and carry them around as "prey".

Most of the felted balls, beds and dens are imported from Nepal. The wool for them often comes from abused and not species-appropriate (free-range) sheep from China or Australia. Unfortunately, these are sold as "fair trade", although in reality they have nothing whatsoever to do with "fair". Neither the sheep from which the wool comes nor the women who make the products are treated well. Nepal is one of the countries with the cheapest wages in the whole world. It makes me sad to see all these so-called "fair trade" texts in the descriptions when items are sold so cheaply that everyone should realise that this can't be fair at all, because the shipping alone from Nepal to Germany is very expensive and there are also several traders in between who earn money from it, right up to the seller here in Germany, who earns a tidy sum from it, otherwise it wouldn't be worth the effort! I would just like to share this with you to encourage you to think. Maybe it will open some people's eyes. Unfortunately, we all look the other way in too many areas. In some areas it is not possible to avoid such things, but in cases like this it is.


The processed wool comes exclusively from free-range sheep from Germany and Austria, which are driven into the valley once a year for shearing.

The colours and sizes are not selectable.

They are always random colours (also natural colours), which can be 1 or multi-coloured.

It is also advisable to wash the toys hot at 60⁰ C every now and then if they are played with a lot and the fibres stick out. The fibres will then felt together again with the others and look as good as new😊 This way, your four-legged friends will enjoy the mice for a long time.
