Hinweis zum Widerruf:

Meine Produkte, bis auf die Artikel unter der Kategorie "Sale" und Bobbiny Garn, werden von mir erst nach eurer Bestellung nach individueller Farb- & Größenauswahl von Hand gefertigt. Für diese Artikel gibt es keinen gesetzlichen Widerruf, da es sich um nicht vorgefertigte, handgefertigte Produkte handelt, die erst nach individueller Auswahl von euch, von mir hergestellt werden: § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB

Das XXL Biobaumwollgarn wird von mir auf eure Bestellmenge abgewickelt und abgeschnitten und ist somit nicht mehr in den Ursprungszustand zu bringen und deshalb auch von Widerruf ausgeschlossen.

Pflegeanweisungen

Pflegehinweis:
 
Die Filzspielzeuge wie Würmer, Schlangen, Bällchen und Co. könnt ihr bei allen Temperaturen waschen.

Die Baumwollspielzeuge könnt zur Not auch bis 60 Grad Celsius waschen, ich empfehle dies aber in einem Wäschenetz. Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad, kann das Spielzeug ausfärben.

Betten, Höhlen und Körbchen aus gefülltem XXL Biobaumwollgarn, Textilgarn oder Bobbinygarn:
waschbar bei max. 30 Grad Celsius im Feinwäscheprogram waschbar. Zur Not geht es auch immer heißer, aber dabei kann das Garn ausfärben und auch ein wenig einlaufen.

Biobaumwolle - Rohbaumwolle (Naturweiß): Die Bettchen und Höhlen ausschließlich in einem großen Wäschenetz oder einem Kissenbezug ohne andere Dinge im Bezug bei Feinwäsche und 30 Grad Celsius waschen. Nach dem Waschen fühlt sich die Baumwolle ein wenig fester an.

Fertigung und Maßinformationen

Alle Maßangaben sind Circawerte, da alles von mir von Hand erst nach Bestellung gefertigt sind (ausgenommen fertige Einzelstücke in der Kategorie "Sale".  Es kann somit zu Abweichungen von +/- 1-3cm  kommen. Ich gebe mir natürlich immer Mühe eurer gewünschtes Maß zu treffen, kann es aber nicht garantieren.

Wichtig: Bei den angegeben Maßen handelt es sich IMMER um die Außenmaße außer es steht, wie bei den Höhlen explizit dabei, dass es die Circainnenliegefläche ist. Die Innenmaße weichen zum Teil stark ab.  Bei den Baumwollprodukten ca. 4-14 cm je nach Garn.

Nichtvorgefertigte Handarbeit:
Alles, was ihr bei mir im Shop bestellt (bis auf die Garne  und die Korkbällchen ohne Bänder) wird erst nach Auftragseingang von mir nach euren Wünschen handgefertigt und ist somit vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

Größentabellen

Achtung: Ich kann nicht gewähren, dass die Größenempfehlungen zu 100% richtig sind - es sind Empfehlungen von mir.

Um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen, messt eure Tiere im Liegen (Durchmesser) aus und rechnet noch 15-20 cm drauf.

Höhlen (Empfehlung für Katzen):

XS: für Katzen bis 2-2,5 kg (& Mini-Chihuahuas)
S: für Katzen bis 3,5 kg
M: für Katzen bis 4,5 kg
L: für größere Katzen bis 6,5 kg
XL: für Katzen bis 8 kg
XXL: für Katzen bis 10 kg

Da mittlerweile die Circainnenmaße angegeben sind, empfehle ich die Vierbeinerchen im Liegen zu messen und die Größe darauf abzustimmen.

Woher kommen meine verwendeten Garne?:

Die Garne werden alle in der EU hergestellt.

Das gefüllte XXL Biobaumwollgarn besteht außen aus GOTS zertifierter Biobaumwolle.

Die Roh-Biobaumwolle unversponnen - Naturweiß - stammt aus Ägypten.

Das Bobbinygarn besteht außen aus recycelter Baumwolle und recycelter Farbe. Hierzu wird recycelte Baumwollkleidung ganz fein zermahlen und dann die Farben aus diesem "Farbenstaub" zusammengemischt. Deshalb kann es bei unterschiedlichen Chargen zu Farbweichungen kommen. Das 9mm Garn  besteht aus 2 Strickschläuchen Baumwolle, die ineinandern gesteckt sind. Der kleine innere hat noch ein paar Polyesterfasern als Füllung, was das Garn ein wenig softer macht.

Eignung Roh-Biobaumwolle (Naturweiß - wie Watte):

Die Bettchen und Höhlen aus der nichtversponnen Biobaumwolle in Wolloptik ist nicht geeignet für Katzen und Hunde, die Buddeln, Kratzmarkieren oder extremes Milchtreteln veranstalten, bevor sie sich hinlegen. Die Baumwolle ist krallenempfindlich und ist deshalb nur für Katzen und Hunde geeignet, die ruhiger sind und die Betten ausschließlich zum Schlafen nutzen. Dies steht auch bei den Bettchen dabei. Sollten eure Tiere das Bett zerstören, weil ihr die Hinweise nicht gelesen habt, gibt es keine Erstattung oder einen Neuversand.

Farben - Farbkarten - Farbauswahl - Falsch bestellte Farbe:

Ich stelle euch viele Farben zur Auswahl. Diese werden zum Teil extra für euch bestellt, da ich nicht immer alle Farben vorrätig habe. Deshalb ist es ganz wichtig, dass ihr euch bei eurer Farbauswahl auch sicher seid. Ihr könnt mich immer gerne vor eurer Bestellung kontaktieren und ich helfe euch weiter mit z.B. weiteren Beispielbildern der jeweiligen Farbe. Farben werden von jedem Bildschirm anders angezeigt. Ein Bettchen in einer von euch fälschlicherweise in falscher Farbe bestellten Farbe ist leider vom Umtausch und Widerruf ausgeschlossen. Ihr könnt von den Farben Farbmuster bestellen, wenn ihr sicher sein wollte, dass die Farben passen. Diese findet ihr in der Kategorie Garne.

There is no legal cancellation for these items, as they are not prefabricated, handmade products that are only manufactured by me after your individual selection: § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB

Care instructions

Felt toys such as worms, snakes, balls etc. can be washed at all temperatures.

 Beds, caves and baskets made from filled XXL organic cotton yarn, textile yarn or Bobbiny yarn:
Washable at max. 30 degrees Celsius on a delicate wash programme.

Organic cotton - raw cotton (natural white): Only wash the cots and dens in a large laundry net or pillowcase without other items in the cover on a delicate wash programme at 30 degrees Celsius. The cotton will feel a little firmer after washing.


Production and dimensional information:

All measurements are approximate. Please note that I work with a natural product and the wool strands are always different thicknesses. There may therefore be deviations of 1-5cm +/-, which means that they are all unique pieces and each bed looks a little different. Important: The dimensions given are ALWAYS the outer dimensions unless the cave explicitly states the approximate inner lying area. The inside dimensions can vary greatly. For the cotton products approx. 4-14 cm depending on the yarn.

t prefabricated handmade:
Everything you order in my shop (except for the yarns and the cork balls without ribbons) will only be handmade by me according to your wishes after receipt of order and is therefore excluded from exchange. For filled XXL yarn there is only a 14-day cancellation period if 4 kg of each colour is purchased. If you purchase less than 4 kg, I have to cut the yarn to the desired quantity and it can therefore no longer be restored to its original condition.

Size charts

Please note: I cannot guarantee that the size recommendations are 100% correct - they are my recommendations.

To be on the safe side, measure your animals lying down (diameter) and add 15-20 cm.

Caves (recommendation for cats):

XS: for cats up to 2-2.5 kg (& mini Chihuahuas)
S: for cats up to 3.5 kg
M: for cats up to 4.5 kg
L: for larger cats up to 6.5 kg
XL: for cats up to 8 kg
XXL: for cats up to 10 kg

As the approximate inside measurements are now given, I recommend measuring the four-legged friends lying down and adjusting the size accordingly.

Where do the yarns I use come from?:

The yarns are all produced in the EU.

The outside of the filled XXL organic cotton yarn is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton.

The raw, unspun organic cotton - natural white - comes from Egypt.

Suitability Raw organic cotton (natural white - like cotton wool):

The beds and caves made of non-spun organic cotton with a woollen look are not suitable for cats and dogs that dig, scratch or do a lot of kicking before lying down. The cotton is sensitive to claws and is therefore only suitable for cats and dogs that are calmer and only use the beds for sleeping. This is also stated on the bed. If your pets destroy the bed because you have not read the instructions, there will be no refund or reshipment

I offer you many colours to choose from. Some of these are ordered especially for you, as I don't always have all the colours in stock. It is therefore very important that you are sure of your colour choice. You can always contact me before placing your order and I will help you with further example images of the respective colour. Colours are displayed differently on every screen. A bed in the wrong colour ordered by you is unfortunately excluded from exchange and cancellation. You can order colour samples of the colours if you want to be sure that the colours match. You can find these in the category Yarns.
