- Tolerances: As each product is a unique handmade item, production-related variations of up to +/- 1 cm may occur.
Material & Quality:
What makes the color of this cord yarn special: This yarn is produced completely without the addition of new chemical dyes. The colors are created through authentic textile recycling: selected cotton fabrics and pre-worn clothing are sorted by color, finely shredded, and ground down. These pre-colored materials are then blended in perfect ratios and spun directly into new yarn.
- Equipped with premium steel, zinc alloy or messing (gold) metall applications from a saddlery supplier
- Webbing: Biothane-Alternative made of PVC coatedwebbing
Important Color Information:
- Screen Variations: Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different depending on the individual calibration of your smartphone, tablet, or PC screen.
- Batch Variations: Please note that shades can vary depending on the yarn manufacturer’s production batch. If a single delivery of yarn is not sufficient to complete a product, I may have to start using a new batch mid-production (for example, halfway through a basket). This can result in visible color variations within a single product. This is a production-related characteristic of these materials and does not constitute a defect or grounds for a complaint.

- VAT & Pricing: The prices on the product pages may initially be displayed including German VAT. Once you select a delivery country outside the EU in your shopping cart, the price will automatically update to exclude German VAT, as it is not charged for deliveries to non-EU countries.

- Not a toy: My handmade products are intended as cozy beds and lounging spots, not as chew toys.

- Exclusion of liability for pet damage: As these products are made from elastic textile materials, they are not resistant to sharp teeth or intense use of claws. I do not accept any liability or provide a warranty for damage caused by your pet biting, chewing, scratching, or digging. Shredding or biting through the material is not a quality defect of the yarn, but rather mechanical damage caused by the pet and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.

I've received almost 900 reviews on Etsy over the past few years. Only buyers can leave reviews on Etsy, and as a seller, I can't delete or change them; I can only comment on them. If you're unfamiliar with me and my products and would like to check out my reviews before ordering, you're welcome to do so. However, my products are more expensive on Etsy because Etsy charges commissions and fees on sales and shipping. I've linked my Etsy shop in the button below.
