My handmade rustling knot balls are the perfect toy for active cats.
The built-in bell creates a fun sound that triggers hunting instincts and keeps your cat entertained.
Optional scent:
Choose organic matatabi, valerian or catnip. Store the balls together with the scent bag in an airtight container to refresh the aroma again and again – even after washing.

Products made from premium cord yarn
These products are more durable and can, in an emergency (in case of heavy soiling), be washed at higher temperatures. However, the yarn may shrink slightly due to the heat. Higher washing temperatures may also cause the colors to fade. - Important washing instructions: Please always use a mild detergent and select a low spin speed when washing to protect the fibers and maintain the shape of the product.
- The product can be washed at temperatures of up to 60°C (140°F) and, theoretically, even at 90°C (194°F). However, washing at these temperatures may cause the toy to shrink and the colors may fade. Therefore, if higher temperatures are not necessary, it is best to wash the product at a maximum of 40°C (104°F).
- I highly recommend using a laundry bag to prevent the toys from unraveling.
Material & Quality:
- Material composition for colors without “Golden & Silvery”: 95% cotton and 5% polyester
- Material composition for colors with “Golden & Silvery”: 93% cotton, 5% polyester and 2% polyamide
This is a durable yarn with a sophisticated, multi-layered construction. It consists of two knitted tubes made from recycled cotton, nested inside one another. The very small inner core contains incorporated polyester fibers, which give the yarn its softness.
What makes the color of this cord yarn special
This yarn is produced completely without the addition of new chemical dyes. The colors are created through genuine textile recycling: selected cotton fabrics and used cotton clothing are sorted by color, finely shredded and ground. These already-colored cotton fibers are then blended in carefully selected proportions to create the desired shades and are used to produce the yarn.
Important information about colors:
- Depending on the individual screen calibration of your smartphone, tablet or computer, the colors shown in the photos may differ from the actual product.
- In addition, colors may vary between different production batches from the yarn manufacturer. If the yarn from one delivery is not quite sufficient to complete a product, I may have to start using yarn from a new batch partway through production—for example, halfway through making a basket. As a result, visible color variations may occur even within a single product.
- This is a production-related characteristic and is not considered a defect or grounds for a complaint. Instead, it is a typical characteristic of these materials.
Information for Buyers Outside the European Union:
On the product pages, the price may initially be displayed including German VAT. As soon as you select a delivery country outside the EU in your shopping cart, the price will automatically be shown without VAT. No German VAT is charged on deliveries to non-EU countries.
